The painted or constructed universes of Severine C. Camus, sometimes reveal themselves very illuminated or colorful, sometimes more intimate. Like the Yin and the Yang, everything is complete.

Severine refuses uniformity, and claims imperfection as a witness to our humanity. She seeks to simplify reality, colors remaininig at the center of her work, playing with overlays, without worrying about perspectives, proportions, and reality. Without straying from a form of realism.

Her questions revolve largely around the place of Human within his environment. We also find in her works breasts, like a signature, but above all as the representation of Mother Earth. Here is for the space.

Desire:​ the artist, discreet, althought wants to maintain the desire to create, the desire to share, the desire to transmit, but also the desire to own. She voluntarily breaks with the codes of a noisy part of society, where art also becomes a source of saturation.

Proteiform, she turns her living space into an artistic laboratory, evolving the interior rooms as she moves with her inspiration. She seeks, in everything she undertakes, to recreate life-size, living paintings.
